Ingredients

  • Active Dry Yeast
  • Warm Water
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Dried Parsley Flakes
  • Dried Basil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Dried Thyme
  • Garlic Powder
  • All-purpose Flour

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water
  2. Stir in the sugar, butter, parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder and 1 cup flour
  3. Beat until smooth
  4. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough
  5. Turn onto a lightly floured surface
  6. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 5-6 minutes
  7. Place in a large bowl coated with cooking spray, turning once to coat top
  8. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour
  9. Punch dough down
  10. Turn onto a lightly floured surface
  11. Shape into loaf
  12. Place in a 9-in
  13. X 5-in
  14. X 3-in
  15. Loaf pan coated with cooking spray
  16. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes
  17. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown
  18. Remove from pan to a wire rack to cool
