Ingredients

  • Water
  • Chicken Bouillon Granule
  • Frozen Cut Green Beans
  • Onion
  • Fresh Mushrooms
  • Celery
  • Garlic
  • Dill Weed
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Cornstarch
  • Half-and-half Cream
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Medium Noodles
  • Tuna
  • Dry Breadcrumbs
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees
  2. Butter a 3-qt casserole dish
  3. In a large saucepan, bring water and 1 tbsp bouillon granules to a boil, stirring to dissolve
  4. Add the next eight ingredients
  5. Bring to boil
  6. Reduce heat
  7. Cover, and simmer for 5 minutes, or until veggies are tender
  8. Combine the cornstarch and cream until smooth
  9. Add to veggie mixture, stirring constantly
  10. Bring to a light boil
  11. Boil for 2 minutes, or until thickened
  12. Remove from heat, stir in cheeses and mayo, until the cheese is melted
  13. Fold in the cooked noodled and tuna
  14. Transfer to a prepared baking dish
  15. Mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter
  16. Sprinkle over casserole
  17. Bake, uncovered for 25-30 minutes
