Ingredients
- Sugar
- Shortening
- Eggs
- Peaches
- Flour
- Cinnamon
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Vanilla
- Pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees f
- In a large bowl, cream together sugar and shortening
- Add eggs and mix well
- Stir in peach puree and dry ingredients
- Add vanilla and pecans and mix well
- Pour dough into 2 well greased and floured loaf pans
- Bake for 55 minutes to 1 hour
- Let cool 5-10 minutes before removing from pan
