Very light, tasty summer salad. I like to eat it for breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Nonfat Yogurt
  • Honey
  • Lemon Juice
  • Cinnamon
  • Carrots
  • Raisins
  • Crushed Pineapple

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, honey, cinnamon and lemon juice to make dressing
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients
  3. Chill at least 15 minutes
