Description
We both love this. I usually serve it over penne pasta. It freezes well.
Could use boneless chicken thighs – probably would not use breast as they dry out in the crockpot.
All crockpots are different so, please take this into account.
Ingredients
- Skinless Chicken Thighs
- Onion
- Tomato Paste
- Crushed Tomatoes
- Garlic Cloves
- Mixed Italian Herbs
- Salt
- Chicken Stock
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingriedients into crockpot except chicken
- Stir until combined
- Add chicken and stir so the chicken is covered by the sauce mixture
- Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3 hours
