Mushroom Pork Tenderloin

Seasoned with garlic, marjoram and a bit of lemon juice, this tender pork entree comes together easily…you can even make the mouth-watering gravy in the same skillet.

Ingredients

  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Garlic Clove
  • Paprika
  • Butter
  • Fresh Mushrooms
  • Lemon Juice
  • Dried Marjoram
  • Salt And Pepper
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Cold Water
  • Cooked Rice

Instructions

  1. Rub pork on all sides with garlic
  2. Sprinkle with paprika
  3. In a large skillet, brown the pork in butter
  4. Add the mushrooms, lemon juice, marjoram, salt and pepper
  5. Turn meat to coat with seasonings
  6. Cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 and juices run clear
  7. Remove meat and keep warm
  8. In a small bowl, combine the flour and cold water until smooth
  9. Stir into the pan juices
  10. Bring to a boil
  11. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened
  12. Slice the pork
  13. Serve with gravy and rice
