A light salad that would be a great side to sushi or other japanese or thai meal.
Ingredients
- White Wine Vinegar
- Fresh Ginger
- Dijon Mustard
- Hoisin Sauce
- Canola Oil
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- Toasted Sesame Oil
- Garlic Clove
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Green Onion
- Mixed Salad Greens
- Carrot
Instructions
- Combine vinaigrette ingredients in a food processor
- Process until well combined
- Toss salad ingredients together
- Top with vinaigrette, toss together and serve
