Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Veal Scallops
  • Heavy Cream
  • Lemon, Juice Of
  • Fresh Parsley
  • Paprika
  • Salt And Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250f
  2. Heat half of butter in nonstick frying pan
  3. When hot, add half of veal
  4. Cook 2 minutes each side over high heat
  5. Set aside
  6. Repeat procedure for remaining veal
  7. Keep hot in oven
  8. Add lemon juice to frying pan
  9. Cook 1 minute over high heat
  10. Add cream and parsley
  11. Stir and continue cooking 3 to 4 minutes over high heat
  12. Replace veal in frying pan and sprinkle with paprika
  13. Cook 1 minute to reheat veal
