Ingredients

  • Salad Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Sesame Oil
  • Pepper
  • Rice Sticks
  • Cooking Oil
  • Mixed Greens
  • Radishes
  • Green Onions
  • Hard-cooked Eggs
  • Cooked Chicken

Instructions

  1. In screw-top jar, combine oil, vinegar, sesame seed, sugar, salt, sesame oil, and pepper
  2. Shake to mix
  3. Chill
  4. Fry rice sticks, a few at a time, in deep hot oil about 5 seconds or just until sticks puff and rise to top
  5. In large bowl combine greens, radishes, green onions, hard-cooked eggs, and chicken
  6. To serve, arrange rice sticks on 8 salad plates
  7. Top with salad mixture
  8. Shake dressing
  9. Drizzle over all
