Ingredients

  • Red Miso
  • Sugar
  • Mirin
  • Water
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Toasted Sesame Seeds
  • Head Iceberg Lettuce
  • Carrot

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine miso and sugar
  2. Add mirin, water, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds
  3. Stir until well blended
  4. Serve over lettuce and carrot slices
  5. Toss to combine
