Italian Sausage Potato Soup

Italian sausage in a non-traditional potato soup

Ingredients

• Onion
• Cooked Bacon
• Garlic Cloves
• Chicken Bouillon
• Water
• Potatoes
• Italian Sausage
• Whipping Cream

Instructions

1. Cook sausage on the stove in a medium saucepan
2. Drain and dice cooked sausage
3. Saute onions and bacon over medium heat until onions are transparent
4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
5. Add chicken bouillon, water and potatoes
6. Then bring to low boil for 15 minute
7. Add whipping cream and sausage
8. Simmer 5 minutes then serve
