Ingredients

  • Salmon Fillets
  • Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • Light Sour Cream
  • Pure Maple Syrup
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Dill
  • Lemon Zest
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Sprinkle salmon fillets lightly on both sides with salt and pepper
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray
  4. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source for about 4 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily but is still just slightly pink in the center
  5. While fish is cooking, prepare sauce
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper
  7. Remove salmon from oven and drizzle with sauce
  8. Serve immediately
