This is the easiest ice cream ever! I got this is chatelaine magazine(july 205). There are only a few ingredients, but it is delicious- a great recipe to try with kids!

Ingredients

  • Whipping Cream
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Chocolate Wafer Cookie
  • Mint Extract

Instructions

  1. Pour whipping cream, and chocolate syrup into a bowl and mix until soft peaks form when beater is lifted (takes a few minutes
  2. Line a loaf pan with plastic wrap, overlapping on sides
  3. Pour half of the mixture into the pan, smooth out a bit, then add cookie wafers, mint extract
  4. Add rest of cream mixture on top, smooth out
  5. Freeze overnight
  6. Enjoy!
