Ingredients

  • Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
  • Protein Powder
  • Dutch Process Cocoa
  • Salt
  • Equal Sugar Substitute

Instructions

  1. Shake everything up in a 1 gal zip lock bag
  2. Put two rounded tablespoons in a mug
  3. Add just enough water to make a thin smooth paste, stir until smooth
  4. Add a dash of vanilla extract if desired
  5. Fill mug with hot water,
  6. Stir and enjoy
