An easy alternative to the box!

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats
  • Rice Krispies
  • Fiber One Cereal
  • Flax Seeds
  • Oat Bran
  • Wheat Bran
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Peanut Butter
  • Corn Syrup
  • Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Toast rolled oats in a 350f oven for 15 minutes
  2. Combine peanut butter and corn syrup in a small bowl and warm in a microwave
  3. Stir until smooth
  4. When the oats are toasted put all the dry ingredients in a large bowl and stir well
  5. Add the corn syrup and peanut butter mixture, stirring well again
  6. Add the marshmallows, and microwave for one minute
  7. Stir the mixture to combine
  8. Turn out onto a greased 9×13 pan
  9. With greased hands, press the mixture into pan
  10. Allow to cool and cut into bars
