Ingredients

  • Tart Apples
  • Sugar
  • Raisins
  • Pecans
  • Olive Oil
  • Vanilla
  • Egg
  • Unbleached Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Combine apples with sugar, raisins, and pecans
  2. Let stand half an hour
  3. Stir in oil, vanilla, and egg
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl
  5. Stir into apple mixture 1 / 3 at a time, just enough to moisten
  6. Pour batter into greased 9×13 inch pan
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes
  8. Cool slightly before serving
