Enjoy a moist muffin without the guilt and know that its healthy!

Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Vanilla
  • 2% Low-fat Milk
  • Applesauce
  • Egg Whites
  • Raisins
  • Fruit

Instructions

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices
  2. Add sugar and stir to combined
  3. Next add wet ingredients and any fruit of your choice
  4. Pour batter almost full into 18 muffin tins lined with cupcake papers
  5. Top with a sprinkle of light brown sugar mixed with some cinnamon
  6. Preheat oven to 375 and bake for 35-45 minute
  7. Test with a toothpick to make sure they are done
  8. Oven temperatures vary
  9. Let cool completely
  10. Serve with a good cup of coffee or a tall glass of milk & enjoy!
