This sounds weird but it is really good.

Ingredients

  • Cholesterol-free Fat Free Egg Substitute
  • Low-calorie Bread
  • Water
  • Raisins
  • Cinnamon
  • Butter Buds
  • Splenda Sugar Substitute
  • Ginger
  • Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • Sugar-free Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Spray a short burst of cooking spray in a non-stick skillet and distribute by wiping it around with a paper towel
  2. In a small bowl, mix egg substitute, water
  3. Raisins, cinnamon, butter sprinkles, splenda, and any other desired spices
  4. Pour into skillet and cook over medium heat until edges start to look dry and bubbles form on the top
  5. Add bread, scramble, and cook to your preferred doneness
  6. Serve with maple syrup if desired!
