Description
Posted for zwt6 north africa/middle east leg of tour. Would also be delicious used to stuff a lamb breast.
Ingredients
- Pine Nuts
- Butter
- Rice
- Boiling Water
- Cinnamon
- Salt & Pepper
- Parsley
Instructions
- Melt butter in saucepan and brown pine nuts, being careful to not burn
- Add rice and stir for 2 minutes
- Add water
- Add cinnamon, salt and pepper
- Bring to a boil
- Cover and reduce heat
- Simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid has evaporated
- Add parsley and mix well
