Quick and easy ground beef dinner.

Ingredients

  • Lean Ground Beef
  • Garlic Powder
  • Colby-monterey Jack Cheese
  • Onion
  • Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • Evaporated Milk
  • Velveeta Cheese
  • Ranch Dip Mix
  • Mild Green Chilies
  • Diced Pimentos
  • Corn Tortillas

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and garlic powder in skillet, stirring until crumbled and no longer pink
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Drain
  4. Stir in shredded cheese and onion
  5. Set aside
  6. Heat chicken soup, milk and velveeta cheese in saucepan over medium heat
  7. Stir until melted
  8. Stir in dip mix, chilies and pimiento
  9. Fill a skillet to about 1 inch with water
  10. Heat over medium-high heat until very hot
  11. Dip tortillas, 1 at a time, into hot water using tongs
  12. Soak for 2 to 3 seconds
  13. Drain and spoon about 1 / 3 cup meat mixture onto each tortilla
  14. Roll up tightly and place in a lightly greased 13×9-inch baking dish
  15. Top with cheese sauce
  16. Bake, covered at 350f for 30 minutes
  17. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes
