This is a breaded chicken that is made with oats instead of flour.

Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • Ground Oats
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Paprika
  • Oregano
  • Onion Powder
  • Thyme
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl
  2. Whisk milk and egg into a separate bowl
  3. Dip each chicken thigh in the milk mixture and then into the dry mixture
  4. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet
  5. Place in oven at 350 f for 30 minutes
