I love to grill, so these are a natural for me. The prep time doesn't include 8 hours of marinating time or the time to get your grill ready, so plan ahead.

Ingredients

  • Sirloin Steak
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Burgundy Wine
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Crystallized Ginger
  • Ketchup
  • Molasses
  • Salt
  • Curry Powder
  • Pepper
  • Green Pepper
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion

Instructions

  1. Place the cut up meat in a shallow dish
  2. Combine oil and next 8 ingredients
  3. Stirring well
  4. Pour marinade over meat
  5. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 8 hours
  6. Remove the meat from the marinade, reserving marinade
  7. Place marinade in a small saucepan
  8. Bring to a boil
  9. Reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes
  10. Set aside
  11. Alternate meat and veggies on skewers
  12. Grill over medium-hot coals for 10 to 12 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, turning and basting frequently with the reserved and heated marinade
