Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Rice Vinegar
  • Soy Sauce
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Olive Oil
  • London Broil Beef
  • Onion
  • Napa Cabbage
  • Sake
  • Sesame Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Mix marinade and rub all over steak
  2. Place in a plastic bag and marinate overnight, refrigerated
  3. Add onions to crockpot, then cabbage
  4. Sprinkle with sesame oil, saki, salt, pepper
  5. Remove london broil from marinade and place on top
  6. Cook on low for 8 hours
  7. Remove steak and let it rest for 10 minutes
  8. Stir cabbage and divide it among 4 plates
  9. Slice steak and serve atop cabbage
