Ingredients
- Carrots
- Lemon Juice
- Salt
- Powdered Ginger
- Pepper
- Butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400f
- Place carrots in a greased 1-quart casserole
- Combine lemon juice, salt, ginger and pepper
- Pour over carrots
- Dot with butter
- Bake until carrots are tender, about 1 hour
