Giant Ice Cream Sandwich

Instructions

1. Prepare the brownie mixes according to package directions, adding chocolate morsels to batter
2. Pour into two greased 9-inch springform pans or two 9-inch round cake pans
3. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean
4. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely
5. Freeze for 2 hours or until easy to handle
6. Spoon ice cream on top of one brownie layer
7. Top with toffee bits and second brownie layer
8. Wrap in plastic wrap
9. Freeze until set
10. May be frozen for up to 2 months
11. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving
12. For chocolate sauce, combine milk, butter and chocolate morsels in a saucepan
13. Heat until morsels are melted
14. Stir until smooth
15. Stir in confectioners sugar and vanilla
16. Cut the ice cream sandwich into wedges
17. Serve with chocolate sauce
