Tasty flounder with a juicy lemon sauce

Ingredients

  • Eggs
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Parsley
  • Milk
  • Chicken Stock
  • Lemon Juice
  • Sugar
  • Flounder Fillets
  • Shrimp
  • Butter
  • White Wine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 350 degrees
  2. Dip fillets in batter and cook in a nonstick pan with a small amount of cooking spray
  3. Cook on both sides until fillets are golden brown
  4. Place fillets on oven pan and bake for 5 to 6 minutes
  5. Saute shrimp with a small amount of butter, lemon juice and white wine
  6. Place on top of fillets and serve topped with sweet lemon sauce
