Ingredients
- Flat Bread
- Olive Oil
- Baby Spinach
- Fat Free Feta Cheese
- Roasted Red Peppers
- Onion
- Black Pepper
Instructions
- Bake 4 flatbreads for 3 minutes in a 400f oven, flipping halfway through cooking time
- Remove flatbreads from oven and drizzle each with 1 tsp olive oil
- Divide 2 cups baby spinach, 4 oz fat-free feta, 8 oz roasted red peppers, 1 / 2 cup chopped onion, and 1 / 2 tsp black pepper among flatbreads
- Bake for 3 more minutes
