Fish kebab is delicious and easy to prepare. Fish are the richest source of omega-3 fats. Omega-3s are critical for cardiovascular health and may also help protect against arthritis, diabetes, depression. The spices used in this dish, specifically garlic paste and ginger paste; provide necessary flavor and nutrients, also gives relief from common health problems and strengthen your body's immune system.

Ingredients

  • Cod
  • Skewers
  • Sweet Potatoes
  • Ginger Paste
  • Lemon
  • Turmeric
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Dried Chili
  • Of Fresh Mint
  • Yoghurt
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1
  2. Put all the marinade ingredients except the yoghurt into a food processor and blitz until smooth
  3. Stir in the yoghurt
  4. Step 2
  5. Using the skewers or rosemary sticks, skewer the fish alternately with the potatoes
  6. Drizzle with the marinade and grill for 2 minutes each side
