For more sophisticated version crumble the feta and add some herbs like oregano or basil.
Ingredients
- Feta Cheese
- Bell Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Water
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 220c
- Wash the peppers and remove the seed
- Cut the feta cheese in long pieces and fill the peppers with feta slices
- Put the peppers in a baking form and add water
- Sprinkle with the oil
- Bake the peppers for 20-30 minutes until they look grilled
- Serve hot with pepper if you like and fresh bread
