Ingredients
- Red Beet
- Salt
- Horseradish
- Water
- Vinegar
- Pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
- Grate beets and horseradish
- Combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and water
- Bring to a boil
- Pour over grated beets and horseradish
- Mix thoroughly
- Store in jar in refrigerator
