Ingredients

  • Golden Raisin
  • Boiling Water
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Baby Spinach
  • Pine Nuts
  • Farfalle Pasta
  • Prosciutto
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Salt And Pepper

Instructions

  1. Plump raisins by soaking in boiling water, about 10 minutes, then drain
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
  3. Add garlic and cook, stirring, for 1 minute
  4. Add spinach and cook, stirring for about 2 minutes or until just wilted
  5. Cook farfalle as directed on package and drain
  6. Toss with pine nuts, raisins, garlic, spinach and prosciutto
  7. Add parmesan cheese
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste
