The ultimate chocolate chip cookie dough cheesecake bars. My daughter made this recipe and called me while eating to tell me that if i ever need my boys to do anything i could bribe them with these cookies. Works every time.

Ingredients

  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Butter
  • Miniature Chocolate Chip
  • Unsalted Butter
  • Light Brown Sugar
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Salt
  • Vanilla Extract
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Cream Cheese
  • Egg

Instructions

  1. For the crust:

  3. Preheat oven to 325
  4. Butter a 9-square baking pan
  5. Line pan with parchment paper, leaving enough to extend over the sides
  6. Butter the parchment paper

  8. To prepare the crust combine graham cracker crumbs and butter until crumbs are moistened
  9. Stir in the mini-chocolate chips

  11. Press crust mixture into bottom of pan and 1 inch up sides
  12. Bake for 6 minutes
  13. Set pan on wire rack to cool
  14. For the cookie dough:

  16. Next, prepare the cookie dough
  17. Using an electric mixer, mix butter, brown sugar, sugar, salt, and vanilla extract at medium speed until smooth

  19. Decrease mixer speed to low and add flour
  20. Mix just until incorporated

  22. Stir in chocolate chips

  24. For the filling:

  26. To prepare the filling, using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar just until smooth
  27. Add egg and vanilla extract, beating just until blended

  29. Pour batter into baked crust
  30. Drop cookie dough by teaspoonfuls over the top of the filling
