Eggnog Fudge

Something yummy to do with leftover egg nog. Tastes as good as it looks.

Ingredients

  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Eggnog
  • Marshmallow Cream
  • White Chocolate
  • Rum Extract
  • Pecans
  • Maraschino Cherry

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 inch square pan with foil so foil hangs over the sides
  2. Butter foil
  3. Mix together sugar, butter and egg nog in a large saucepan
  4. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly
  5. Continue boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly for 5 minutes
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Add marshmallow cream, chocolate and extract stirring until smooth
  8. Stir in nuts and cherries
  9. Spread evenly in prepared pan
  10. Chill 1 hour or until set
  11. Lift foil from pan and remove fudge
  12. Cut into squares
  13. Store in fridge
