Ingredients
- Russet Potatoes
- Yellow Onion
- Eggs
- Salt
- Baking Powder
- Flour
- Vegetable Oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven 425
- Add 1 / 2 cup of oil to each pan and put in oven for 10min
- Peel and grate potatoes and onions
- Remove moisture from potatoes
- Mix in eggs, salt, baking powder, flour
- Drop batter 1 / 4 cup of batter into the hot oil and press down until tray is full
- Bake 15-20 min or until golden brown then flip latkes and cook for 10-15 minute
- Use 2 9×13 pans
