Description
This is sooo good and sooo easy. Put it in the crockpot before work and when you come home dinner is almost ready. The vinegar may be off-putting at first but it makes the meat so tender it just falls apart. And you won't be able to taste it!
Ingredients
- Beef Roast
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Barbecue Sauce
- Coleslaw
Instructions
- Pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in the crockpot
- Add beef
- Cook on low for 8 hours
- Once cooked, pour off the vinegar, and shred the beef
- Add bbq sauce and heat until sauce is warm, about 15 minutes
- Serve on buns with cole slaw
