It's sort of like a basic chicken and rice dish, but i added a few other things. Everyone that i have served it to likes it. Feel free to add more seasoning or take away what you don't like. It's easier than it looks.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast Halves
  • Onion
  • Green Pepper
  • Sliced Mushrooms
  • Seasoning Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • Milk
  • Butter
  • Instant Rice
  • Water

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized pan over medium heat, boil water
  2. Add rice
  3. Remove from heat and cover for 5 minutes
  4. In medium-sized skillet over medium heat, melt half of margarine
  5. Add green peppers, onions, and mushrooms
  6. Saut until desired tenderness
  7. Remove from skillet
  8. In same skillet, melt rest of margarine
  9. Add chicken
  10. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper
  11. Saut chicken until no longer pink
  12. Return vegetables to skillet
  13. In a small bowl mix together soup and milk, blending well
  14. Pour over chicken mixture
  15. Simmer over low to medium heat until heated through
  16. Serve over rice
