This is a great way to enjoy dinner and still maintain a healthy eating routine. If you're in a rush, pounding the breasts flat will speed cooking time.

Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Fat-free Parmesan Cheese
  • Rosemary
  • Basil
  • Oregano
  • Black Pepper
  • Parsley Flakes
  • Fat-free Margarine

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375
  2. Mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning in shallow bowl
  3. Dip each chicken breast in melted margarine, then in bread crumb mixture
  4. Place each breast on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray
  5. Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through
