What can i say about these crab cakes, except "they are really, really good"!

Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Celery
  • Onion
  • Green Pepper
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Parsley
  • Lump Crabmeat
  • Eggs
  • Hard-boiled Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a med-sized saucepan
  2. Saut celery, onion, and green pepper, until tender
  3. Add mustard and worcestershire sauce
  4. Move mixture to a lg
  5. Mixing bowl, and add parsley, crabmeat, and 2 well-beaten eggs
  6. Mix well with hands
  7. Fold in diced hard-boiled eggs and 1 cup breadcrumbs
  8. Mold with medium ice cream scoop into crab cakes
  9. Sprinkle with remaining breadcrumbs
  10. Broil to cook 30 minutes
  11. To prepare these deep-fried:
  12. Beat 2 eggs with 1 / 2 cup milk
  13. Roll each crab cake in this mixture, then roll in dish of 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  14. Deep fry at 375f, until golden brown
