Description
Dense, rich brownies made with bittersweet chocolate
Ingredients
- Unsweetened Chocolate
- Butter
- Sugar
- Egg Whites
- Vanilla
- Flour
- Bittersweet Chocolate Chips
- Butterscotch Chips
Instructions
- Melt together butter and unsweetend chocolate in microwave, stir until smooth, then cool slightly
- In a large bowl, combine sugar and chocolate mixture
- Stir in egg whites and vanilla
- Stir in flour
- Stir in the chips
- Spread into greased 13 x 9 inch pan
- Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes
- Melt together chips and butter, stir until smooth
- Spread over warm brownies
- Cool completely before cutting
