Your classic meatball without milk or parmesan. You can even leave the egg out if you want. I got this recipe from tastykitchen.com. My family loved them.

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs
  • Egg
  • Ketchup
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Dried Basil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Sea Salt
  • Aluminum Foil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375f
  2. Place all ingredients except olive oil into a large bowl and mix together using your hands
  3. Once it looks like the onions are well distributed throughout, you can probably stop
  4. Place a layer of aluminum foil on a rimmed baking sheet
  5. Thinly coat with the olive oil
  6. Begin to shape the meatballs using a small handful of the mixture, placing each one on the oiled sheet pan
  7. Bake in preheated oven for about 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through
  8. Drain on a towel
  9. Serve hot or in marinara sauce over noodles
