My grandmother always used to make this with beef stroganoff (recipe #30159 is my family's recipe).
Ingredients
- Peach Halves In Syrup
- Pear Halves In Natural Juice
- Pineapple Rings
- Maraschino Cherries
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Curry Powder
Instructions
- Drain fruit well on paper towels
- Melt butter with sugar and curry and cook for 1 minute
- Pour the butter mixture over the fruit in a covered, oven-proof dish
- Bake covered for 1 hour at 325 degrees
