Description
My dh couldn't stop raving over these, extremely moist, but not so much that they disintegrated in the crock pot! I used a 5 lb. Package of totally frozen wings, so that the sauce was probably thinner than it was supposed to be, and so during the last 1/2 hour i removed the lid and turned the crock pot on high. (i did not have to adjust cook time) recipe is from 'toh' slow cooker recipes
Ingredients
- Chicken Wings
- Chili Sauce
- Lemon Juice
- Molasses
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Garlic Cloves
- Chili Powder
- Salsa
- Garlic Salt
- Hot Pepper Sauce
Instructions
- Cut chicken wings into three sections, discard wing
- Place the wings in a 5 quart crock pot
- In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients
- Pour over the chicken wings
- Stir to coat
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken is tender
