Ingredients

  • Gingerroot
  • Garlic
  • Honey
  • Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • Salmon Fillets

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees f
  2. Combine all ingredients except salmon in a small bowl
  3. Spray or oil a baking pan and place fillets on the pan in a single layer
  4. Pour sauce mixture evenly over the fillets
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until cooked through
