Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Sugar
  • Sour Cream
  • Vanilla
  • Flour
  • Eggs
  • Cocoa
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare graham cracker crust——–
  2. Mix cracker crumbs, sugar& melted butter
  3. Press mixture onto bottom and inch up side of 9 inch springform pan
  4. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
  5. Cool
  6. Cheesecake——-
  7. Combine cream cheese, cup sugar, sour cream& 2 teaspoons vanilla in a large bowl
  8. Beat on med
  9. Speed until smooth
  10. Add flour, 1 tablespoon at a time, blending well
  11. Add eggs
  12. Beat well
  13. Cocoa mixture——
  14. Combine cocoa and cup sugar in small bowl
  15. Add oil and teaspoon vanilla
  16. Add 1 cups of the cream cheese mixture
  17. Mix until well blended
  18. Spoon plain and chocolate mixtures alternately into prepared crust, ending with dollops of chocolate on top
  19. Gently swirl with knife for marbled effect
  20. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes
  21. Do not open the oven door
  22. Decrease temp
  23. To 250 and continue to bake for 30 minutes
  24. Turn off oven
  25. Leave the cheesecake in the oven for 30 minutes without opening the door
  26. Remove from oven
  27. Loosen cake from side of pan
  28. Cool completely
  29. Chill thoroughly
