Chicken Asiago Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Bacon
  • Cooked Chicken
  • Frozen Spinach
  • Sour Cream
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Pepper
  • Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • Asiago Cheese
  • Eggs
  • Whipping Cream

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Unroll pie crust and press firmly against bottom and side of a 9-inch regular or 9 inch deep glass pie plate
  3. Flute edges as desired
  4. Prick bottom of crust several times with fork
  5. Bake 10 minutes
  6. Cool
  7. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat
  8. Add in garlic and onion
  9. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender
  10. Decrease heat, stir in bacon, chicken, and spinach
  11. Toss to combine
  12. Remove from heat
  13. Transfer mixture to a bowl
  14. To the mixture in bowl–stir in sour cream, salt, garlic powder, and pepper until well blended
  15. Stir in cheeses
  16. In a small bowl, beat eggs and whipping cream with a fork or wire whisk until well blended
  17. Gently fold into spinach mixture until well blended
  18. Pour filling over pie crust
  19. Bake 15 minutes
  20. Cover crust edge with foil
  21. Bake 20-25 minutes or until center is set and edge of crust is golden brown
  22. Let stand 15 minutes before serving
