Description
My grandpa has made this recipe for years. It is quick and easy and very filling. I like to add a little celery salt and a little garlic salt. You can also substitute cream of chicken soup instead of cream of mushroom. But both are equally good.
Ingredients
- Pork Chops
- Potatoes
- Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- Milk
- Onions
- Salt And Pepper
- American Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375degrees
- Brown the pork chops in a skillet
- Place the potatoes into a baking dish
- Mix together the soup, milk, onions, salt, and pepper
- Pour the mixture over the potatoes and place the pork chops over the potatoes and sprinkle with cheese
- Bake oncovered for about 1 hour or until the potatoes are done
