This broccoli kuegel is a simple & tasty. Parve, or even can be made for passover

Ingredients

  • Fresh Broccoli
  • Eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Soymilk
  • Onion Soup Mix
  • White Flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350f
  2. Spray a 7 x 11 1 / 2 inch baking pan with non-stick spray
  3. Lay blanched and drained broccoli in the baking pan
  4. Set aside
  5. In a bowl, beat eggs, soup mix, mayonnaise and milk together
  6. Add flour and beat well
  7. Pour egg mixture over the broccoli
  8. Bake the souffle at 350f for 40-50 minutes, until top is golden
