Description
A great dish to use up leftover ham. Adapted from light & tasty.
Ingredients
- Spiral Shaped Pasta
- Fresh Asparagus
- Yellow Sweet Pepper
- Olive Oil
- Fresh Tomatoes
- Cooked Ham
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt
- Dried Oregano
- Dried Basil
- Cayenne Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions
- Saute asparagus and yellow pepper in oil until tender
- Add tomatoes and ham and heat through
- Drain pasta and add to the vegetable mixture
- Stir in seasonings
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
