Ingredients
- Rice
- Asparagus
- Butter
- Flour
- Evaporated Milk
- Water
- Salt
- Pepper
- Worcestershire Sauce
- Cheddar Cheese
- Ham
- Almonds
Instructions
- Place cooked rice in the bottom of a well greased 10×6 baking dish
- Top with sliced asparagus
- Melt butter in a saucepan
- Blend in flour
- Add evaporated milk and water
- Cook until thickened
- Turn off heat
- Add salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce
- Add cheese and ham
- Pour over rice mixture
- Sprinkle with almonds
- Bake at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 35 minutes
