Ingredients

  • Soy Sauce
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Dark Sesame Oil
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Fresh Ground Pepper
  • Tuna Steaks

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper in large ziplock bag
  2. Add tuna
  3. Marinate in fridge for 30 minute
  4. Spray grill rack with nonstick spray
  5. Preheat to med-high heat
  6. Place tuna on grill rack
  7. Grill until browned but still pink in center, about 6 min on each side for med-rare
  8. 5 points plus per tuna steak
